Once the plexi is removed, place the board upsidedown and remove the six screws that hold the keypad assembly on.

After removing the keypad assembly you will see the three strips of conductive rubber, remove these strips.

Add foam inserts into the bottom of the plungers. You must first remove the paper from the bottom of the inserts so that they will adhere to the plunger. Make sure all inserts are placed correctly into all plungers. Clean the rubber strips using Flux-Off (recommended) or Alcohol. Now reassemble your keyboard.
