Make sure the time on the Fun Stop Photos photo booth is correct
1. Open the coin door and press the "Test" button on the right hand side
2. Scroll up to "System Information" and push the SELECT button
3. The top line will read what the time on the Fun Stop Photos photo booth is set to
4. If it doesn't read the correct time date and time:
  1. Exit the System Information Menu
  2. Scroll up to Adjustments and push the SELECT button
  3. Scroll up to Change Date and Time and push the SELECT button
  4. Set the year, month, day, hour, and minute, then scroll down to "Set Date and Time" and push the SELECT button
To schedule an event for the day:
1. Open the coin door and press the TEST button located on the right hand side
2. Scroll up to Event Options and press SELECT
3. There are 10 event slots you can schedule for the day
  1. Each event has 3 options associated with it
    - Start Time
    - Duration
    - Store Photos
  2. For the first event, scroll up to Event 1 Start Time and push SELECT
  3. Set the start hour using the UP and DOWN arrow buttons
  4. Push SELECT when the start time is correct
  5. Move down one menu option to Event 1 Duration and press SELECT
  6. Use the UP and DOWN arrow buttons to set how long the event lasts in hours, then press SELECT again
  7. The third option for each event is whether to store photos to an operator supplied flash drive
  8. Highlight Store Photos for Event 1 and press the SELECT button
  9. Use the up and down arrows to set the store photos options for that event and press SELECT
  10. Repeat these steps for each event you have that day, moving down the list setting Event 2, then Event 3, and so on
4. When you are done setting the events, exit the TEST menu
5. When the time comes for an event to start, the machine will automatically switch to over to Free Play
6. If the event is set to store photos and there is no USB flash drive plugged into the USB drop cable located behind the coin door the machine will enter the red screen error mode with a message to plug in a flash drive
7. The machine will automatically leave Free Play after the event has ended
